CANCELLATION POLICY

RUNNING LATE

  • We sometimes run behind due to unforeseen circumstances as every hair appointment is different. Please allow an extra 15 minutes for unexpected wait times. If this happens we will do our best to accommodate you and keep on track with your service. 
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to proceed with the service or alternatively we might be able to offer a shorter service to still accommodate you. 
  • If you are more than 30 minutes late and we are unable to proceed with your service, you will still be charged 75% of the cost of the service or treatment. This is to cover any loses the business incurs. 


CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOW CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service or treatment will be charged.
  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will charge you a fee of 75% of the cost of the service or treatment.
  • When necessary we will take your payment details at the time of booking an appointment with us.
  • If you need to cancel, please give us a call or use our online booking system. We will not accept a voicemail/message for cancelations. This is due to not being able to pick up messages during closed hours. There for, are unable to open that appointment time for someone else.


PAYMENT DETAILS

Before we take your payment details to cover a cancellation charge or a deposit fee or advance payment, we will confirm:

  •  The service or treatment you have booked.
  • The location and contact details.
  • The total price (including any taxes) of the service or treatment booked or how the price will be calculated if an exact price cannot be given.
  • The time and date of the appointment.


DEPOSIT FEES

Deposits will now be taken when making an appointment. This is due to excessive no shows and last minute cancellations, leading to thousands of pounds in losses.

We will take your deposit over the phone or send you a text message with a payment link. If the deposit is not paid in the stated amount of time we will remove your appointment from our booking system.

Deposits will be between 50% depending on the service.


Providing we are given 48 hours or more notice, deposits will be fully refunded if you cancel. If less than 48 hours notice you will lose your booking fee unless you move it to another date. This will allow you to transfer the deposit fee to another date.  

The deposit will be fully refunded if a service or treatment is unsuitable for you or cannot be provided for any reason unless it is due to the client not being truthful during consultations or questionnaires. 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will charge you a fee of 75% of the cost of the service or treatment.


In the event we have to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances we will transfer your deposit to another day or issue a refund if you wish. If you choose to re book for another date following us cancelling your appointment, the same cancellation policy applies. If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice you will lose your deposit to cover loses and in some cases be charged 75% of the service. 



PAYMENTS FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS

  • When booking for hair extensions, 100% of the cost of the hair will be taken plus a fee of 50% of the cost of the service. 
  • Any cancellations for hair extensions will not be refunded unless 72 hours notice but only the service fee can be refunded.
  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice, your booking fee will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, we will charge you 75% of the service cost.
  • Hair extension hair is non refundable. 


We understand that there is unforeseen circumstances but we cannot survive with cancellations that are not paid for.


If you feel this is a harsh policy please ask yourself the following:

Would you be able to pay your bills at the end of the month if every day you go to work expecting to be paid £££ then your boss saying you have to stay to the end of the day but you will only be getting ££ today?
