Welcome to Hair at Plush! I’m so excited for you to begin your journey with us.

For many women, visiting a salon can feel intimidating—there’s often a stigma around salons being exclusive, with an atmosphere that makes people feel like they have to fit a certain "ideal." My mission is to change that. I want every woman who walks through our doors to feel comfortable, supported, and heard, especially when it comes to something as personal as hair loss and thinning.

Why hair loss solutions are so important to me.

My passion for hair started over 22 years ago, but my journey into hair loss solutions became deeply personal when I faced my own struggles. Due to health issues, I experienced hair loss, which had a huge impact on my confidence. I know firsthand how distressing it can be to watch your hair change and feel like there are no real solutions.

That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help women experiencing hair thinning and hair loss regain their confidence. I truly understand what it feels like, and that’s why we offer expert, results-driven solutions designed to not just cover up hair loss, but to restore your hair’s appearance and health in a way that works for you.

My expertise and passion.

I’ve spent years mastering advanced colour techniques, achieving a Masters in Schwarzkopf Colour, and becoming certified in some of the most sought-after hair extension systems, including Easilocks, Racoon, and Remi Cachet. I thrive on creating customised transformations, whether that’s through discreet hair extensions, mesh integration, grey blending, or a bold new cut and colour.

Beyond that, I’ve taught hairdressing in academies and colleges, and I love to educate my clients just as much as I love styling hair. You won’t just leave with a great look—you’ll leave with knowledge about your hair, how to care for it, and the best solutions for your unique needs.

Hello everyone, I've been in the industry for 24 years and have loved every minute of it! I'm also Jo's older sister and started my career in hairdressing a few years prior to her. When Jo followed in my footsteps I went on to teach her some of what she knows and we have gone on to form a great working relationship. 

I have worked in the salon since it opened in 2011 and I am acting manager for when Jo is not around, so if you have any queries then please do ask. I love working in a family run salon and we really do have amazing relationships with our clients.

In my former years I have gone on to win competitions, and my qualifications range from L'oreal, Schwarzkopf, Racoon. andRemi cachet extensions.

I do all aspects of hairdressing but my niche is creating a lovely balayage or a transformational set of hair extensions. I love to make clients feel at home and give them the best experience they can have.

Hi, I’m Helen – Creative Senior Stylist at Hair @ Plush! 

I’m so excited to join the amazing team at Hair at Plush and to meet all of you! With over 25 years of experience in hairdressing, I’ve had the pleasure of working in some of the top London salons and competing in prestigious hairdressing competitions, which helped me refine my skills and fuel my passion for what I do.

I genuinely love all aspects of hairdressing, whether it’s creating beautifully blended balayage, bold blondes, or tailored precision cuts. I have a particular love for crafting sleek bobs and modern styles that suit my clients’ unique personalities and lifestyles. For me, it’s all about listening to your needs and delivering a look that makes you feel confident and fabulous.

I take pride in making every appointment a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with my clients. My goal is to help you achieve a look that you absolutely love while making sure you leave the salon feeling your best.

Hello! I’m Eden, and I’m proud to now be a fully qualified Stylist here at Hair @ Plush, with over 4 years of experience in hairdressing. Alongside looking after my own clients, I also work as the Salon Operations Assistant, helping to keep everything running smoothly front of house.

I love being part of the client journey — whether I’m greeting you at reception, organising your appointment, or finishing your look with a gorgeous blow dry. One of my favourite parts of my role is looking after our Blow Dry Membership clients; there’s nothing better than creating big, bouncy blow dries that leave clients feeling fabulous and ready to take on the world.

Working in both roles means I get to connect with clients in every aspect of their Plush experience — from that very first welcome to the final styling touches. I’m passionate about making every visit feel special, polished, and personal.

Outside of the salon, I’m very much a home girl and love spending time with family.

I’m so excited to continue growing my career here at Hair @ Plush, and I can’t wait to see you in the salon soon!

Hi, I’m Lyla, Apprentice Stylist at Hair @ Plush.
I first stepped into a salon at 15 as a Saturday girl and instantly knew I wanted a career in hairdressing. When I left school, I went straight into my NVQ Level 2 and have now been training in-salon for just over a year, learning so much along the way.

My favourite part of hairdressing is colouring — I love the creativity and seeing the transformations it can achieve. Whether it’s a subtle refresh or a big change, nothing beats the moment when a client sees their new look for the first time.

I really enjoy chatting to clients and getting to know them, building a warm and friendly connection so they feel completely at ease in my chair.

Outside of work, I like spending time with friends and going for walks with my mum — it’s a lovely way to unwind.

I’m so excited to be part of the team here at Hair @ Plush and to keep growing my skills while helping clients look and feel their best.
