The Role: We’re looking for a talented Senior Hair Stylist to join our team in Rochester, Medway City Estate. 16-24 hours a week. You’ll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients, showcase your creativity, and work with the best products in the industry.

Who We’re Looking For (Candidate Requirements)

To be successful in this role, you must:

✔ Be confident with colouring (including colour matching and grey coverage)
✔ Have some experience with hair extensions (or a willingness to be upskilled with in-salon training)
✔ Be emotionally intelligent, calm and empathetic in sensitive client consultations
✔ Be a team player who thrives in a supportive and structured environment
✔ Be career-focused – this role is perfect for someone ready to grow professionally
✔ Be available for Saturdays 8:45-4pm and Wednesdays 10:458pm – this is essential
✔ Be someone who cares deeply about restoring confidence, not just styling hair

Our commission structure is designed to be genuinely uncapped. We don't set confusing or demotivating targets. Instead every stylist takes home up to 40% of their net takings. Which means you can significantly increase your earnings without pressure.
