Subscriptions terms of service
For the Unlimited Club Members (Silver & Gold) Members may book any number of appointments during their subscription period. However, there are rules in place to make sure that all members receive fair "allowance”- availability is also dictated by the business schedule.
Extension VIP Club Members receive 4 blow dry’s (60 minute appointments), 2 conditioning treatments (Fibreclinix), save 20% off event tickets, with first refusal and save 10% off in salon retail products (BC aftercare only)(selected items not included) in their subscription period with a senior stylist only. However, there are rules in place to make sure that all members receive fair "allowance”- availability is also dictated by the business schedule.
Silver/Gold/Extension Club members may have a maximum number of 2 appointments booked at any one time and a maximum of 2 weeks ahead. Extensions to the 30 minutes (Silver Club) 45 minutes (Gold Club) 60 minutes (VIP Extension club) will incur an additional fee of £10 per appointment. Club members who miss, cancel, or move appointments without 48 hours’ notice will be charged a penalty fee of £10 instantly.
Silver club member appointments are a maximum of 30 minutes without any massages or treatments with junior stylists only. (Not excepted for clients with hair extensions)
Gold club member appointments are a maximum of 45 minutes including head massages and treatments with junior stylists only. (Not excepted for clients with hair extensions) Gold club members can receive a maximum of 4 conditioning treatments within their subscription period using a select range of treatments to be specified by the stylist (exempted products apply).
Appointments provided within the membership may be restricted or reduced of the "à la carte” service. Each club member may bring one new friend for one blow dry appointment every month as part of their membership subject to availability for a double appointment (excluding Extension VIP Club Member).
Extension Subscription Half Head Re-Fit Mini-Tip/Tape and Full head Re-fit Mini-Tip/Tape.
All refits are application only, hair not included and 8 weekly re fits only.
It is the responsibility of the client to book in their re-fits ahead of time. Appointments work on a first come first serve basis. We suggest booking 3 re-fit appointments ahead of time to avoid disappointment. Clients cannot bring re-fits forward. If a client cancels and reschedules their re-fit we cannot guarantee a new appointment. Our cancellation policy still stands and if 48 hours’ notice is not given to cancel or reschedule, the client will lose their full subscription payment for that re fit.
First re-fit cannot be carried out until 2 months subscription has been paid in full.
Extension Subscription with Blow Dry Club Half Head Re-Fit Mini-Tip/Tape and Full head Re-fit Mini-Tip/Tape receive the same benefits of the Extension VIP Blow Dry Club along side their extension 8 weekly re-fits. All refits are application only, hair not included and 8 weekly re fits only.

Payments for the membership club will be automatically taken on the same day each month unless cancelled. It is the responsibility for each club member to manage their own subscription. Club members can cancel their subscription at any time via email to the salon and by cancellation on their stripe account. Appointments may not be swapped or exchanged with any other members under any circumstances.
In the event of Non-payment of monthly subscription or penalty fee; club membership will be suspended immediately whilst further attempts are made to take the fee automatically. Membership will only be reinstated when full payment is successfully taken from the registered card. No compensation will be made for time missed during suspension or additional fees.
The business to which you are registered (Hair @ Plush) do not offer refunds under any circumstances. The business to which you are registered (Hair @ Plush) reserves the right to refuse service if members attend an appointment more than 10 minutes late. There will be no guarantees made of frequency or availability of appointments to members. During busier periods less availability will be given to club members. Members may not select a preferred member of staff. Communication regarding memberships should be strictly conducted through salon email info@hairatplush.co.uk or phoning the salon at 01634297112. The business will not be able to answer club related questions or requests by any other means. Availability can be requested; however it is the sole discretion of the salon to answer these requests. The business to which you are registered (Hair @ Plush) reserve the right to suspend, refuse, or withdraw a membership at any one time.
