Our Blow Dry Club Memberships are available to a limited number of clients and are designed for those who value priority access, convenience and significant savings through monthly direct debit.
By joining a Blow Dry Club, you are paying for the privilege of reserved appointment availability, not just individual services.
SILVER BLOW DRY CLUB
Monthly Investment: £60 per month
What’s Included:
- Unlimited blow dry appointments during your subscription period
- Maximum appointment time: 30 minutes
- Blow dries carried out by a junior stylist only
- Suitable for clients without hair extensions
Important Notes:
- No head massages or conditioning treatments included
- Blow dry appointments are use it or lose it
- Unused weekly appointments do not roll overAppointments exceeding 30 minutes will incur a £10 additional charge
- Availability is subject to salon scheduling and fair-use rules
GOLD BLOW DRY CLUB
Monthly Investment: £80 per month
What’s Included
- Unlimited blow dry appointments during your subscription period
- Maximum appointment time: 45 minutes
- Blow dries carried out by a junior stylist only
Includes:
- Head massage
- In-salon conditioning treatments
- Up to 4 conditioning treatments per subscription period (selected treatments only, stylist discretion – exclusions apply)
Important Notes
- Suitable for clients without hair extensions
- Blow dry appointments are use it or lose it

EXTENSION VIP CLUB
Monthly Investment: £110 per month
What’s Included:
- 4 blow dry appointments per month
- Maximum of 1 blow dry per week
- Each appointment is 60 minutes
- Blow dries carried out by a junior stylist only
- 2 conditioning treatments per subscription period
- 10% saving on extension aftercare retail (selected items excluded)
- 20% saving on Hair @ Plush event tickets
- First refusal on selected events
Important Notes
- Designed specifically for clients with hair extensions
- Appointments exceeding 60 minutes will incur a £10 additional charge
- Blow dry appointments are use it or lose it
- Unused weekly appointments do not roll over
- Missed or late-cancelled appointments are forfeited
- Availability is subject to salon capacity and staffing levels
Booking Rules (All Memberships)
- Members may hold a maximum of 2 appointments booked at any one time
- Appointments may only be booked up to 2 weeks in advance
- Appointments cannot be transferred or shared
- Members cannot request a specific stylist
Cancellations, Missed Appointments & Late Changes
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or move an appointment
- Appointments cancelled late, missed, or moved without sufficient notice:
- Are forfeited
- Will incur a £10 penalty fee
- Missed appointments will not be replaced
- Guest Blow Dry Benefit
- Silver & Gold members only may bring one new guest per month for a blow dry - Subject to availability for a double appointment (Guests with hair extensions are excluded - This benefit does not apply to Extension VIP Club members)
Service Limitations
- Blow dry club services may be a restricted or reduced version of à la carte services
- Pin curls are not included in any Blow Dry Club appointment (this is a separate, chargeable service)
Staff Availability
- In the event of staff sickness or unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee a replacement appointment on the same day
- Hair @ Plush will always make reasonable efforts to accommodate where possible
Membership Pauses
- Memberships may be paused upon request.
- A £10 pause administration fee applies.
- Covers payment provider fees, administration time and lost appointment capacity
- Pause requests must be made by email
Payments & Direct Debit
- Membership fees are taken automatically on the same date each month
- It is the client’s responsibility to manage their subscription
In the event of failed or missed payments:
- Membership will be suspended immediately
- Benefits resume only once full payment has been successfully taken
- No compensation is offered for time missed during suspension
Cancellation of Membership
- Memberships may be cancelled at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice
- Cancellation must be completed:
- By email to info@hairatplush.co.uk
Late Cancellation
- If less than 30 days’ notice is given, the following month’s membership fee will still be charged in full
- This charge is non-refundable and covers:
- Payment provider and administration fees
- Reserved appointment capacity
- The time required to responsibly fill the vacated membership space
- Cancelling a direct debit without notice does not remove this obligation
- Outstanding fees will be billed and must be settled in full
Salon Policies & Conduct
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be refused service
- No refunds are given under any circumstances
- Availability is not guaranteed during peak periods
- Hair @ Plush reserves the right to suspend, refuse or withdraw membership at any time
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Hair @ Plush reserves the right to amend, update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Any changes will take effect immediately once updated
- Where appropriate, members will be notified via email
- Continued use of a Blow Dry Club Membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions

Mesh Integration Blow Dry Membership
Terms & Conditions – Hair @ Plush
Our Mesh Integration Blow Dry Membership has been created exclusively for clients wearing mesh integration systems who require regular professional styling and maintenance support.
This membership provides consistent care, priority booking and savings, while ensuring that our specialists can properly manage the time required for mesh clients.
Membership places are strictly limited to protect appointment availability.
By joining, you are paying for reserved appointment capacity within the salon schedule, not simply individual services.
Membership Allowance
Members receive:
- 1 blow dry appointment per week
- 2 in-salon conditioning treatments per month
Appointments will be allocated between 60 minutes and 90 minutes, depending on the individual requirements of the client.
Factors influencing appointment time may include:
- Mesh integration structure
- Hair density
- Length and thickness
- Natural hair growth
- Styling requirements
- Scalp condition
Appointment duration and service delivery are at the professional discretion of Hair @ Plush to ensure the health of both the mesh system and the client’s natural hair.
Use It or Lose It Policy
Membership appointments are strictly use it or lose it.
- Members may receive one blow dry appointment per week only
- Weekly appointments cannot roll over
- Missed or unused appointments are forfeited
This policy allows us to fairly manage the limited appointment availability reserved exclusively for membership clients.
Booking Rules
- Members may hold a maximum of 2 appointments booked at any one time
- Appointments may only be booked up to 2 weeks in advance
- Members are entitled to one blow dry per week only
- Appointments cannot be transferred or shared
- Members cannot request a specific stylist unless agreed by the salon

- Pin curls and advanced styling services are not included and may incur additional charges.
- Additional services outside of the standard blow dry may be charged separately.
Staff Availability
In the event of staff sickness or unforeseen circumstances, Hair @ Plush cannot guarantee the same appointment time or day.
We will always make reasonable efforts to accommodate or rearrange where possible.

- Payment processing fees
- Administration time
- Temporary loss of appointment capacity
Pause requests must be made via email.
Payments & Direct Debit

If a payment fails:
- Membership will be suspended immediately
- Benefits will resume only once full payment has been successfully taken
- No compensation will be given for missed time during suspension.
