Aftercare

Consultation forms are valid for 3 months from the date of the form. Hair extensions cannot be fitted without a consultation form being completed and approved by a stylist. 

Hair price may change due to supplier price increases. Before we go ahead with hair ordering or any application, we will revisit the form to see if there are any changes to desired results or supplier costs. Once hair is ordered we cannot guarantee the supplier will accept a refund so once payment for hair has been made and ordered this cannot be cancelled. All deposits must be paid before hair is ordered. 

Regular clients will be expected to complete a new form every 6 months to see if there are any new changes and check that you are following advice. If we feel you are not following the correct advice and homecare routine, we hold the right to remove the extensions to prevent any damage to your scalp/hair/head or Hair @ Plush's reputation.

When signing a hair extension consultation form you understand that the information you have supplied is correct to the best of your knowledge and that you will not hold the salon/stylist responsible for any damages caused by having supplied incorrect information, by using unapproved products or by my failure to follow the aftercare advice made available to you this includes taking out extensions yourself. You understand that the salon will remove your extensions as part of the re-fit service so removal can be done properly and in order for the refit to be achieved to a high standard. You understand that if you remove the extensions yourself you will still be charged for this cost as it takes time to sort through the hair, wash and dry the clients hair. (The removal is only priced separately to be able to book the removal under different stylists) Deposits non-refundable. All hair purchased is non refundable / non-changeable once the deposit has been paid.
