Mesh Integration Aftercare & Client Agreement

AFTERCARE GUIDELINES


• Do not wash your hair for 48 hours after fitting to allow the system to settle.


• Wash a maximum of once per week where possible to extend lifespan.


• Always wash in the shower with hair flowing backwards. Do not wash upside down.


• Shampoo gently using downward strokes. Avoid scrubbing or circular motions.


• Condition mid-lengths and ends only. Never apply conditioner to the root or closure area.


• Always fully dry the closure and scalp area after washing.


• Use only recommended professional products (sulphate-free, protein-free, no bonding products


such as Olaplex).


• Always use heat protection before blow drying, straightening or curling.


• Do not go to bed with wet hair.


• Brush twice daily using the recommended brush. Hold the hair and brush from ends upwards.


• Separate sections gently to prevent matting.


• Sleep with hair in a loose braid or side ponytail. Silk pillowcases or bonnets are recommended.


• Avoid tight updos or high tension styles.


• Avoid steam rooms and sunbeds.


• Protect hair from chlorine and salt water. Tie hair back and rinse immediately after swimming.


• SPF, fake tan, bronzers and tinted products must not come into contact with the hair as this can


cause colour changes (including salmon tones).


• Extended sun exposure can cause colour shift. Cover hair in direct sunlight for long periods.


• Hard water and changes in location can affect tone due to mineral content.


• Do not attempt to remove or adjust the mesh system yourself.


MAINTENANCE & LONGEVITY


• Refits are required every 6–8 weeks (or as advised by your stylist).


• Removal is part of every refit service and is not optional.


• If you remove the system at home, you will still be charged for removal time.


• Failure to attend maintenance appointments may result in matting or damage and may void


warranty.


• Natural shedding will occur. Save any loose hair pieces and bring them to your next


appointment.


• Closures and wefts have an approximate lifespan of up to 9 months. We recommend


replacement around 6 months due to natural thinning and wear.


• All closures and wefts carry a 2-month warranty from fitting date.


• Any custom colouring, toning, silver shampoo use or alteration voids warranty.


• Deposits are non-refundable. Hair ordered cannot be cancelled or refunded once processed.


HEALTH & DISCLOSURE


• Inform us of any changes in medication, pregnancy or medical treatment that may affect hair


shedding.


• Consultation forms must be updated every 6 months.


• You confirm all information provided is accurate and that you will follow aftercare guidance.


• The salon is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect information, unapproved products


or failure to follow advice.


VIP BLOW-DRY MEMBERSHIP


Our Mesh Client Blow-Dry Membership (£160 per month) includes: • One professional blow-dry per


week • Two conditioning treatments per month • Ongoing professional system care and monitoring


This supports system longevity and protects your investment.

above aftercare guidance and terms.
